This anthology issue contains four stories: "Scamp," featuring a mischievous red dog who causes chaos when he attempts to ride along with his sleeping father, resulting in a series of mishaps including a collision with a bee and entanglement with dock-chair string. "Pennyfeather" follows a character seeking a book called "The Invisible Man's Cure" from a public library, only to discover the book is empty, leading to comedic confusion about its contents. "Splash Page" presents an adventure of Splash and Jill as they escape kidnappers in the Scottish Highlands, parachuting into a gorge and eventually being pursued by armed men near a castle. "Don Deeds" shows Don and Mai-Mai discovering a strange mechanical capsule and encountering mysterious alien beings watching them from hiding.
