Conan #2/1992
In "De mörka klippornas demoner," Conan ventures into a forgotten ruin along a treacherous river, drawn by whispers of a hidden treasure. As Bêlit leads her crew through the deadly landscape, they awaken ancient horrors—once-human inhabitants now twisted into demonic forms, commanding a pack of cursed hyenas. With her crew slaughtered and Bêlit herself slain, Conan must face the demon alone—only to be saved in the final moment by her ghostly presence. Written by Roy Thomas and illustrated with bold, dynamic art by John Buscema, with inks by Ernie Chan, and a striking cover by Earl Norem, this 1992 issue delivers a classic tale of fate, vengeance, and the lingering power of the dead.
