“Devil-Wings Over Shadizar”

In "Devil-Wings Over Shadizar," Conan finds himself drawn into a deadly cult’s ritual when the mysterious and alluring waitress Jenna is taken for sacrifice to a night god no one has ever seen. The truth behind the god’s terrifying form is as shocking as the betrayal that follows, as the line between savior and thief blurs in the shadows of Shadizar. Written by Roy Thomas and brought to life with bold art by Barry Smith, inks by Sal Buscema, and vibrant colors by Marie Severin and Stan Goldberg, this 1994 classic features a striking cover by Barry Windsor-Smith.
