In the shadowed streets of Shadizar, Conan crosses paths with the alluring waitress Jenna, whose beauty masks a perilous fate. In "De tuin der angsten," Conan and Jenna find themselves in the midst of a mountain tribe’s hospitality—until Jenna is snatched by the Vleugelman, a solitary winged being who flees to a tower ringed by deadly, flesh-eating flowers. With no time to waste, Conan rallies a herd of woolly mammoths to breach the tower’s defenses, determined to rescue Jenna from the creature’s grasp.
