Coo Coo Comics #24

Coo Coo Comics #24 is an anthology featuring multiple animal characters. Daffy and Dilly, two timid creatures, encounter a poisoned tree and argue about whether they should bury it, with Dilly eventually overcoming his fears when realizing there is nothing to be afraid of in nature. "The Right Bait" by Mickey Marks follows Roly Poly, a young bear excluded from a fishing trip with older bears, who sneaks away to fish independently and proves himself an expert fisherman by discovering that catnip is the secret bait for catching catfish, ultimately winning a jar of honey as a prize.
