Cosmo Cat encounters a villain who has kidnapped a baby boy and demands the cat's surrender, offering to free the child in exchange. After Cosmo defeats the villain and rescues the child, he returns the boy to his grateful mother. Later, Cosmo discovers that a rat named Willy Rat has stolen lollipops and killed in a blast, prompting Cosmo to recover the lollipops and return them to their rightful owners. Finally, Cosmo travels to a futuristic world where a tyrant threatens to destroy him, but Cosmo escapes by flying away to investigate the villain's plans.
