Cosmo Cat, the feline detective, sets out to rescue him, disguising himself as a baby to infiltrate the criminals' hideout. The chase leads to a wild confrontation where Cosmo Cat must outwit the villains and recover the stolen sweets—before Whiz Kid’s mother loses hope.
In "Chapter One Strange Peril," a mysterious gas from Martian metal spheres sends Earth’s humans into bizarre behavior, prompting Cosmo Cat to journey to Mars to uncover the source. There, a voice claiming dominion over all planets lures him into shadowy caverns, where danger awaits. The story ends with Cosmo Cat facing a towering Martian monster known as a cavon.
