Elvira arrives in Italy and befriends Caroline Seemore. Dressed in cowboy attire, they drive a covered wagon across desert plains where Caroline reveals herself to be Agent 000 in disguise. He makes a hasty exit just as cowboy zombies rise from a nearby graveyard and attack. Elvira and the real Caroline are rescued by a zombie Flint Westwood. When Elvira and Caroline discover Silent Q's headquarters, Elvira sets off a bomb, destroying everything and she finally makes it to the Naples Film Festival in time to receive her film award.
