Having captured Elvira, Silent Q takes her to his hidden castle and chains her in the dungeon. She is rescued by super-spy Agent 000. They attempt to escape by skiing and are attacked by members of W.H.I.S.P.E.R., but Elvira and Agent spend a cozy night in a barn. Elvira is given a secret potion that gives her super powers including flaming breath, so she names herself Volcano Lass. After burning down Silent Q's home, Elvira flies off in search of the Italian Film Festival.
