Reggie gets a job as a truck dispatcher for a company that removes the top six inches of sand from the beach and replaces it with fresh sand from the Caribbean. On one of the jobs he tells the truck to dump it all on Archie's front lawn but Archie makes money by scanning through it with a metal detector.
