An anthology issue featuring multiple heroes: Samson battles a gangster pilot; Space Smith investigates an urgent distress call from Fortune Island reporting air raids by Plutonian bombers, and responds by laying explosive eggs to destroy the invading craft; and Stardust travels to Earth in his tubular spacecraft on accelerated supersolar light waves, but encounters a hostile Martian who gains control of Mars and sends the flaming planet toward Earth, causing panic on the ground until Stardust releases his powerful retarding rays to stop the threat.
