In the wake of a series of mysterious plane explosions, the mighty Samson investigates a hidden ray weapon in the mountains, where he rescues a young Boy Scout named David and learns the villainous Muller and John Jennsen are behind the attacks. With David now his partner, Samson confronts the duo’s secret fortress, only to be weakened when his hair is cut—unaware that his strength will return in time to stop their final scheme.

Stardust races to stop the Super Fiend, a villain who has planted a thermal ray spore on Mars and now aims to destroy Earth by hurling the burning planet toward it. As the flaming Mars hurtles through space, Stardust uses his powers to redirect and extinguish it, then pursues the fiend to his hidden base on the lost planet.
