Sub Saunders races to stop the deadly serpent Mephisto, who has poisoned a boat and captured two men, only to find himself confronting the enigmatic Serpent Lady in her undersea lair. With the Serpent Lady holding the men hostage and Mephisto dead, Sub must outwit her and her henchmen to free the captives and escape the underwater fortress.
