An anthology issue featuring multiple film-related comedy stories. "Laurel & Hardy" in "Mabel Has Sent You This Mirror" depicts the comedians receiving a mirror from Mabel and becoming embroiled in escalating chaos with their coworker Cornelius K. Cornplaster. "Frank Randle: Famous Star of Butchers' Films" follows Frank as he visits his Aunt Emma, who sends him a box of homemade toffee, leading to various misadventures involving the toffee and attempts by Frank and street musicians to resolve the ensuing disorder. "House of Thrills" presents a supernatural mystery narrative about a man experiencing ghostly phenomena aboard a yacht called the Carmonia. "Joe E. Brown: The Famous Fellow of the Films" shows Joe E. Brown attempting to court the pretty Millie Mopp while her guardian Desmond Dope and a rough character named Rough Reg create obstacles, culminating in Joe's chaotic pursuit through town.
