Film Fun #1516 is an anthology variety comic featuring several humor stories. "Hello Folks" follows Olly, who fancies himself in a new toggery but becomes entangled in a scheme involving a mysterious man with a cheap face and Mr. Bigtoff. "Frank Randle" depicts the famous star of Butchers' Films getting caught up in office mishaps with his boss Mr. Muddle, involving mix-ups over cash and missing items. Additional stories include "The House of Thrills," a supernatural tale of mysterious happenings at an old manor house, and "Joe E. Brown," in which the famous film comedian Joe discovers his safe is empty and embarks on a comedic quest to recover his cash and outwit various tricksters.
