Tillie and Mumsy win a trip on a radio program. They decide to go west to a dude ranch where Mac is employed. Tillie falls for a handsome ranch hand named Poke. Discouraged, Mac plans to go back east, but a desperate judge appoints him Sheriff of the town of Slickpot.
