Frankenstein #30

A demented sculptor, dissatisfied with his miniature bronze statue of the Frankenstein Monster, decides to create a full-size version by encasing the monster in molten bronze. After the monster pours molten metal down the sculptor's throat for revenge, investigators discover the creature's body is now solid metal and study it at the morgue, finding its digestive tract filled entirely with metal. The issue also includes the text story "Half Alive," in which a desperate man, indebted to a loan shark, agrees to find the hypnotic Professor Moolhoo so the shark can slowly drain his victim's life force; the protagonist eventually shoots the professor in a rage, and dies smiling, becoming a martyr to science.
