This is an anthology issue featuring comics, games, puzzles, quizzes, and toys. One story follows Santa's attempt to find help at his workshop, where he recruits two mouse characters to assist with Christmas preparations and gift delivery. Another story depicts Boot Hibson and his dog attempting to rescue a character named Dough Hibson from mortgage troubles by confronting villains at Shoe Tree Corners, though their rescue mission goes awry when Boot inadvertently causes a series of chaotic events involving a tree and frog that results in property destruction. The issue also includes a humorous sequence where a character attempts to photograph frogs for a picture, leading to slapstick comedy as he repeatedly fails and gets splashed in the process.
