Gambit #2
In "House of Cards Part II: Player's Club," Gambit is pulled into a high-stakes game where the deck he’s hired to steal is more than just a prize—it’s a tarot deck tied to the occult, and the information he’s been given by Madame Camille comes with a dangerous condition: steal Starktech software in exchange. As Gambit navigates the web of deception, his gambling ally Dan Down warns him that the cards are whispering ominous truths about the mission. Written by John Layman and illustrated by Georges Jeanty, with inks by Don Hillsman II, colors by Tom Chu, and lettering by Virtual Calligraphy and Chris Eliopoulos, the issue’s cover by Greg Land and Matt Ryan captures the tension of a game where every move could be a trap.
