In "House of Cards Part III: Sleight of Hand," Gambit pulls off a high-stakes heist at the Penrose estate, stealing a mysterious deck of Tarot cards right under their owner’s watch. But as he exits, rival thief Fast Jack strikes, snatching the cards and framing Remy for the crime. Written by John Layman and illustrated by Georges Jeanty, with inks by Don Hillsman II, colors by Tom Chu, and lettering by Virtual Calligraphy and Randy Gentile, this 2004 Marvel issue features a cover by Greg Land and Matthew Ryan.
