Goofy Gander inherits a rundown cottage in Ireland after a distant cousin’s death, only to be mocked by Wally Wolf for falling for another scam—until a mysterious encounter with the King of the Leprechauns grants him temporary royal power. Now the self-proclaimed king, Goofy sets out to outwit Wally, who’s been using his own cleverness to exploit the situation, but the leprechaun’s magic brings unexpected complications.

Tommy Turtle accidentally becomes the unlikely challenger in a boxing match against the intimidating Bully Bulldog after a series of mishaps at a training camp. With no real experience, Tommy must rely on his wits and a book on boxing to face the bully, leading to a surprising turn of events.

Cuffy Cat runs a weather forecast stand, claiming to predict the weather with scientific precision, but when a customer demands a refund because it didn’t snow as promised, Cuffy insists he must have made a mistake and attempts to recalibrate his forecast using a wildly complicated formula. As he mutters equations and adjusts imaginary dials, the sky remains stubbornly clear, leaving him flustered and the customer unimpressed.

Wally Wolf is desperate to watch the "Tons of Funds" TV show in hopes of winning a massive jackpot, but Goofy Gander refuses to let him in to use his television set. After a series of increasingly elaborate and failed attempts to sneak in—disguising himself, climbing the chimney, drilling through the wall—he finally gives up, only to be surprised by a birthday gift from his uncle: a brand new television set.
