"Bobo Bear in Soaked Again" follows Bobo Bear as he anxiously buys new shoes on sale during a rainstorm, tries to keep them dry by rushing indoors, and accidentally gives money to a criminal disguised as a beggar; when Bobo chases the thief and recovers his money, the criminal throws him out a window into water, soaking both Bobo and his new shoes despite his desperate efforts to protect them.
Goofy Gander and Percy Pig set out on a picnic adventure, each trying to outdo the other in choosing the perfect spot, with Goofy growing increasingly exasperated by Percy’s endless objections. As they finally settle on a tree-shaded spot, Goofy’s frustration boils over—only to be met with a sudden, chaotic crash that interrupts their plans.
Bobo Bear panics when it starts raining, fearing his new shoes will get ruined, and desperately tries to force his way into Goofy Gander’s house through a window—only to end up soaking wet after Goofy accidentally takes a bath. The two share a chaotic moment of mistaken urgency, with Goofy’s quiet surprise at the sudden splash underscoring the humor.
Wally Wolf is forced to skip his fishing plans to help his wealthy uncle, Uncle Willy, with gardening chores, but he secretly sabotages the yard in hopes of being dismissed. After a series of mishaps—including wrecking the greenhouse and flattening imported tulips—Wally hides in the bushes, only to be found by Uncle Willy, who reveals he orchestrated the chaos to finally get Wally to join him for a day of fishing.
Goofy Gander stumbles into a bizarre encounter with Wally Wolf, who claims to sell magical dreams that transport you to fantastical adventures. After paying ten dollars for a dream, Goofy finds himself trapped in a series of increasingly wild and chaotic scenarios, from being chased by robbers to battling a giant in a boxing ring—each one more absurd than the last. Wally insists the next dream will be better, but Goofy’s growing suspicion that something’s off only deepens as the dream’s events start to blur with reality.
Percy Pig tries out his new ultra-modern kitchen, only to find the gadgets are more trouble than they're worth. As he fumbles with the toaster, washing machine, and dishwasher, chaos erupts — and even a puzzle and a magic panel can't help him escape the mess.
