This anthology issue contains three Western stories: "The Masked Marvel" features a mysterious masked vigilante who arrives in Calhoun City to solve the mystery of "The Riddle of the Phantom Herd," investigating cattle rustling and a man accused of stealing livestock from his neighbors. "The Sundown Kid" tells of young Sundown Kid and his sister, whose family ranch is threatened with foreclosure by the evil Duke Dolan, leading to the adventure "The Big Drive" as they work to save their property. A third story involves a stagecoach robbery at a dance hall called the Little Casino, with witnesses and sheriffs investigating the crime and a bandit's identity.
