Dead River Lou, a cunning female outlaw, leads a gang that raids a ranch, forcing Douglas Strange to flee and call his brother Rodney for help. As Rodney arrives in town, he’s drawn into the mystery of the gang’s next move, unaware that his twin brother Douglas is already working undercover to reclaim a stolen diamond, setting the stage for a tense reunion and a showdown at Lou’s mountain hideout.

Boris and Morris, a pair of eccentric villains, hijack a radio transmission to spread a bizarre mutiny order across the Atlantic, claiming they’re helping American merchant crews become "Democratic American citizens" — only to reveal their true plan is to send them to Atlanta Federal Penitentiary. Bob Masters and Swab Decker intercept the message, uncovering the prankish plot and setting out to expose the duo’s antics before their scheme causes real chaos.
