Neddy Bear and his animal friends rally to fix up toys for children around the world, determined to make Christmas special for everyone. When they realize they need a way to deliver the toys to Santa Claus, they enlist the help of a magical little elf who uses enchanted powder to shrink them so they can ride a flower-powered airplane to the North Pole.

Bill and Koo find themselves caught in a magical predicament after a Hindu casts a spell that forces Koo to mirror every action Bill takes—leading to a series of chaotic and comically awkward situations, from sharing a single theatre ticket to narrowly escaping jail. As their synchronized misadventures escalate, the pair must navigate the absurd consequences of the spell before it’s undone.

Inspector Klooz, chasing a trail of stolen furs in the frozen Northwest, stumbles through a series of absurd mishaps—from mistaken identities to icy mishaps—while trying to outwit crooks who’ve hidden in a snow-packed shack. As he finally closes in on the thieves, a chaotic mix-up involving a bear, a manhole, and a mistaken identity leads to a wild, slapstick showdown.
