“To Find My Love”

In "To Find My Love," teenage Camilla harbors a quiet crush on Nick O'Neill, the man her father works with in the pursuit of natural cures. As years pass and Camilla grows into a striking young woman, Nick begins to feel uneasy about her lingering affection—especially when he vanishes on a research trip to the Yucatan, leaving behind only rumors of his death. Determined to find him, Camilla becomes a model to fund a private investigator’s search. Written by Joe Gill and illustrated by Bill Fraccio, with inks by Tony Tallarico, the story captures a heartfelt journey of devotion and mystery, all rendered with the tender, expressive style of Charlton’s 1962 romance comics. The cover, by Joe Sinnott and Vince Colletta, perfectly captures the longing at the heart of the tale.
