While in flight Johnny, Brandy and Wild Bill Hiccup realize they are being pursued by a pirate plane. Brandy removes a machine gun from their cargo and attempts to fire upon the pirate plane but the gun is taken from her by Wild Bill, who fires the weapon with disastrous results. Brandy takes the gun from him and fires upon the pursuing plane. Soon they reach their destination, a ship in the harbor, and learn who are waiting on their shipment of guns, Captain Gore, accompanied by one Lady Mist. Once on land Johnny encounters Side-Pocket Slim, who he learns has also fallen victim to pirates.
