Journalist Brandy has captured, at gunpoint, a machine gun, from Pedro and Felipe, two of Major Risk's flunkies. They run off to tell Major Risk, who is now furious. Risk sends the two off to distract her while he sneaks up on Brandy, but Pedro and Felipe encounter Blitz Martin with Johnny and the two change sides, decide to join with Blitz and Johnny instead. Meanwhile, Risk has found his way to Brandy and awaits the arrival of Pedro and Felipe, only to be distracted by an explosion, a grenade tossed by Blitz. Nearby the General and his government forces open fire on Risk's gang of bandits.
