Justice League of America #1
"Power and Glory, Part One" kicks off a bold new era for the Justice League of America, with Bryan Hitch writing and drawing a story that plunges the team into mystery and menace from the very first page. When Superman is warned of his impending death at the Infinity Corporation, and Aquaman learns of a "true god" arriving in Atlantis, the rest of the League is ambushed at a new power plant—only to be saved by a timely arrival from Superman. As the team investigates the vanished Infinity Corporation, they’re confronted by a being who claims to be Rao, setting the stage for a cosmic confrontation. The cover by Bryan Hitch captures the moment with striking intensity, while the interior art and colors by Hitch, Henriques, von Grawbadger, Currie, Sinclair, and Cox deliver a sleek, high-stakes visual style that matches the story’s urgent tone.
