Justice Society of America #47
In "Supertown, Part Four," the Justice Society of America grapples with the aftermath of a devastating loss as Flash races to preserve Lightning’s body while Dr. Fate works to safeguard her soul. With tensions rising, Mr. Terrific faces a dangerous bargain from Dr. Chaos, and as the truth about the mayor’s murder and Lightning’s death begins to surface, the team is forced to confront both a traitor among them and a long-imprisoned threat—Scythe—whose return promises to shake the fragile peace of Supertown. Written by Marc Guggenheim and illustrated by Scott Kolins, with colors by Mike Atiyeh and letters by Rob Leigh, the issue’s cover by Shane Davis and Sandra Hope captures the weight of the moment.
