Raymond, Koko, and Kola set out to return Swish, the wishing goldfish, to her pond after she falls out of her bowl, only to encounter a series of mishaps—including a mistaken trip to the seal pool and a chaotic detour on the playground’s see-saw—before finally reaching their destination. Swish, grateful for their help, grants Raymond a wish, but the journey back home brings unexpected complications.
A young boy named Raymond discovers that his favorite rug is actually Oscar the Dragon in disguise, a friendly creature who uses his magical abilities to help a farmer’s strawberry patch with rain, freeze ice cream in the stratosphere, and even skywrite with steam from his mouth. When Raymond pulls a loose thread at Oscar’s nose, the dragon emerges to play, proving he’s not just a rug but a truly wonderful friend.
Koko and Kola excitedly rush to the rodeo, eager to play cowboys after reading about it in their comic book. As they explore the grounds, a series of mishaps involving a runaway horse, a stuck calf, and a chaotic chase leave them dizzy and disoriented—leaving them questioning whether being a cowboy is really as fun as it seems.
When Raymond discovers a magic searchlight that brings objects to life, he shines it on a grandfather clock, setting it free to explore the world beyond the house. The clock, eager for adventure, joyfully dashes off to play on the swings and even tries swimming—much to the dismay of Koko, Kola, and Raymond, who must rescue it when it nearly drowns.
