Kiddyfun Album #3 is an anthology issue featuring two stories. "The Kiddyfun Christmas Party" depicts a festive holiday celebration with numerous children and characters in various Christmas activities and merriment. "Sir George and the Dragon" tells the adventure of Sir George rescuing a princess from a dragon; the knight encounters the hungry dragon who initially licks his lips intending to eat him, but after Sir George provides the creature with a cooling drink, they become allies and together defeat the dragon, ultimately freeing the princess.
