The Li'l Rascal Twins dress up as wild cannibals and play in the woods, pretending to be savage tribesmen while imagining themselves as dangerous outlaws. A young boy visits Mr. Tingle, the toy maker, to borrow a robot mouse, only to find the inventor has just created a robot cat to "play" with it.
