"Funny Money" follows the Li'l Rascal twins as they find a wallet full of cash and decide to spend it on candy bars. After buying the treats, they discover the wallet belongs to someone else and attempt to return it. The story then shifts to the twins freeing a dog that has been tied up, but their act of liberation backfires when the angry dog attacks them and chases them around, celebrating its newfound freedom while the twins flee in panic.
