As the concoction simmers, they head out to play, only to return in alarm when the electricity cuts out—leaving the stew uncooked and utterly ruined. Now, they’re determined to salvage the situation by turning the mess into a “super cake” once the power comes back on.

Li'l Mouse nervously approaches Susie with a dance invitation, only to be met with hesitation after recalling advice to "play hard to get." As he turns to leave, unsure what to do next, Susie's quiet reaction hints at a moment of unexpected connection.

Li'l Genius and Li'l Tomboy find a wallet full of play money and try to buy candy with it, only to be fooled by Billy, who left the wallet on the sidewalk to trick kids. After a playful chase and a quick disguise, they realize the wallet wasn’t theirs and decide to return it to where they found it.

Li'l Genius tricks Ollie into believing a hollow barbell is real by pretending to fill it with sand, then uses it to pretend to work out. When Ollie tries to lift it, the fake weight causes a comical mishap, prompting a humorous warning about exertion.

Li'l Tomboy and Li'l Genius decide to celebrate Be-Kind-to-Animals Week by helping animals in need, starting with freeing a dog from a leash and then giving a muddy pig a bath with a hose. When a horse is left out in the rain, they bring it into their house for shelter, only to accidentally cause a commotion when the owner arrives, claiming their horse has been kidnapped.
