When a group of local "wild Indians" pretend to be fierce to scare the kids, the twins decide to join in the game, turning the encounter into a chaotic, exaggerated performance that leaves them both amused and bewildered.
The Li'l Rascal Twins are left in charge of their baby brother, Little Lockhead, while their babysitter’s husband is expected to return with a new private plane. When Lockhead starts climbing to increasingly high places—tree, bridge, and tower—the twins scramble to keep up, terrified by how high he goes, all while trying to bring him down safely.
The Li'l Rascal Twins take the mayor’s call for a quieter town seriously, trying to silence everything from a hiccuping boy to a sneezing man—only to accidentally cause more noise. Their well-meaning efforts lead to a series of chaotic mishaps, culminating in a surprise reveal that the mayor himself is the source of the commotion.
