Colonel Flam, advance agent for the pop superstar Cotton Flubbernote, offers the Archies a chance to play backup for Cotton at a concert at the Riverdale Civic Center. But on the night of the concert, Cotton doesn't show up and Flam skips town with all the ticket money, leaving the Archies to face the wrath of the townspeople. It's up to the Archies' friend Sabrina the Teenage Witch to bring that con man back to Riverdale.
