"Redskin Raiders of the Railroad" depicts workers constructing a bridge in challenging terrain while contending with Native American resistance and internal sabotage, with the discovery of a feather in a barrel suggesting Redskin involvement. "Rory—Nick the Mountie's Dog" by Victor Norman tells of a dog named Mick who must choose between loyalty to his master Corporal Mick Mackenzie and his loyalty to a fellow dog named Rory, ultimately disobeying orders to save Rory from a wolf pack attack. The issue also includes a "World-Wide Quiz" with general knowledge questions about geography, sports, animals, and famous figures.
