Tiny went on to earn his own solo backup feature across the Harvey line and later appeared as a recurring character in the DreamWorks Netflix series Harvey Girls Forever!, demonstrating a creative longevity that traces directly back to this issue's introductory story.

Harvey Comics had taken over the Little Audrey license from St. John Publications with issue #25 in 1952, continuing that title's numbering, and was in the process of expanding Audrey's world beyond her animated-cartoon origins by adding original supporting characters suited to domestic situation-comedy storytelling. The cover of issue #30 is attributed to Steve Muffatti or possibly Warren Kremer — two of Harvey's primary artists on the title during this period — with interior stories credited to Steve Muffatti and others. The issue was published in August 1953, squarely in Harvey's early stewardship of the character before the full mid-decade redesign that would give Audrey her signature red dress.
