In "Quick-Change Artist," Little Eva and her friends enter a poster contest for Dumb Animals Week, with Eva winning first prize, much to her friend's dismay. When Eva's friend Snoozy is kidnapped, Eva must go to the orphanage to find a replacement baby to put in Snoozy's place. In "Little Ones Out of Big Ones," Eva discovers that her friend Nipper is working on a shrinking powder formula; when she sprinkles the powder on a ball, it shrinks, and Eva uses the formula to shrink herself down to help Nipper with his secret project.
