This issue contains two stories. "Toothy Snyder, Delivery Boy" follows a young delivery boy who attempts to impress a fisherman named Mr. Barnes by using a magical fishing pole to catch fish, but the plan goes awry when he accidentally catches a live fish too small to keep. In the main story, Little Miss Sunbeam plays a prank on Weegee involving a magic wand that causes chaos, accidentally scaring a rabbit from its burrow while trying to help. The girls then head to the circus parade where they encounter Munch and other characters, with the appearance of a large face in the night sky suggesting an unexpected twist.

The Magic Suitcase

Little Miss Sunbeam and her friends discover a magician's suitcase left unattended in the community center recreation room and can't resist exploring its magical contents—with predictably chaotic results. As the children fumble through trick rings, card decks, and disappearing handkerchiefs, they scramble to restore everything before the suitcase's owner, the great Presto, realizes what's happened. When the magician finally takes the stage for his benefit performance, the evening becomes far more memorable than anyone anticipated.

The Big Cat
7 pp · Teen

When a young girl named Tinker and her friend Sunny head to the circus parade, they never expect the day to turn into an urgent rescue mission—all because a escaped tiger has bolted from his cage during the show. With the circus master ready to shoot the dangerous animal, Tinker remembers a clever trick she used earlier that day and realizes there might be a way to save the tiger without anyone getting hurt. It's a race against time as the resourceful girl must convince the adults to try her unconventional plan before it's too late.
