Marvel #29
In "Sinistre descendance," Matt Murdock—known now only as Laurent Levasseur—wakes disoriented in a French hospital, his memories fragmented and his senses blurred. With no memory of who he is or why he’s there, he must navigate a world where even his own identity feels like a lie. Written by Scott Lobdell and illustrated by Cully Hamner, with inks by Jason Martin and colors by Christie Scheele, this issue unfolds with quiet tension and a haunting sense of isolation, as a man without a past struggles to find himself in a country that doesn’t know his name. The cover, by Steve Epting, captures the eerie stillness of a man caught between worlds.
