Marvel Super-Heroes #34
In "The Titan and the Torment!", Namor is unwittingly manipulated by the Puppet Master as the military closes in after a bank heist—only to find refuge in the Hudson River, where Lady Dorma arrives with urgent news: the Behemoth has awakened and threatens Atlantis. Stan Lee’s gripping tale, illustrated by Adam Austin with inks by Bill Everett and lettered by Artie Simek, sees Namor break free from control and race to defend his home, while a new threat looms as Krang directs the Puppet Master to craft another puppet. The cover by Gil Kane and Frank Giacoia captures the clash of underwater fury and unseen strings.
