This is an anthology issue containing at least two stories. The lead story features an architect and his bride who visit a town and discover an old house on a ledge that the mayor is eager to sell; Roger Miller becomes possessed by an evil entity implanted in him and attempts to assassinate the town's chief magistrate, but a time traveler intervenes and defeats the possessed man through a blinding flash that erases the entity's control. The second story involves a safe locked fifty feet below a river's surface; a man inspects it and discovers it is authentic, then witnesses the safe suddenly rise from the riverbed and disappear, with the man's clothes left behind bone-dry in an inexplicable vanishing act.
