Harry Keogh continues his tale. Keenan Gormley is murdered by Dragosani and Batu. When Keogh visits Gormley's House he learns of his death and the fact that his body has been torn apart. Gormley's spirit then tells Harry of Dragosani's powers as a necromancer. Knowing what he faces, Keogh visits Mobius tomb to unravel his secrets. Meanwhile Dragosani goes to Thibor's place and gets tricked by the ancient vampire.
