Pep Comics #24

This issue contains multiple stories. In one story, Callahan and his gang attempt to eliminate a rival mob boss at a theater, but their plan goes awry when the lights go out during a gunfight, resulting in an unexpected turn of events. In another story, a group of people pursue what appears to be Arab traders across a desert landscape, collecting spikes and engaging in a chase involving free ice cream samples distributed along the way. The issue also features an advertisement announcing that The Hangman will be starring in his own comic book series alongside young sidekicks Dusty the Spectacular Boy Detective and Roy the Superboy.
