Pitt Trade Paperback #2 (1999) delivers a high-stakes, icy confrontation as Pitt races against time to rescue the captured Timmy from the Creed aliens deep within an Arctic base. When his brother Wroth arrives to stand in his way, the tension escalates—just as Holdsworth begins a dangerous ritual to summon Zoyvod into Jack Smithers, threatening to erase the benevolent alien Jereb from Timmy’s mind. With the plan unraveling and Pitt thrown into space, Jereb appears to him, offering long-buried truths about his past. Written by Dale Keown and Brian Hotton, with full art and inks by Keown and a vibrant, layered color palette by a team including Joe Chiodo, Brian Haberlin, and others, the cover by Dale Keown captures the story’s intense, frozen drama.

Pitt is deep within an Arctic base trying to save the captured Timmy from the Creed aliens who have kidnapped him when Wroth, his brother, shows up to oppose him. As Pitt and Wroth battle, Holdsworth begins the process which will allow Zoyvod to manifest in the body of Jack Smithers and eradicate the presence of the benevolent alien, Jereb, from Timmy's body. The plan fails and Zoyvod is destroyed, blasting Pitt into space in the process. Jereb, now separated from Timmy, appears to Pitt and promises to tell him the truth about his origins.
