Brian Haberlin is an American comic book artist, writer, editor, and producer born in 1963, best known as a co-creator of the Witchblade franchise and for his distinctive approach to digital art. His career in comics stretches back to at least the mid-1990s, during which he built an impressive body of work spanning both creative and editorial roles.

Haberlin's association with Image Comics proved particularly formative. He contributed extensively to titles such as Spawn, Cyberforce, and Codename: Stryke Force before helping to launch Witchblade, the supernatural action series that would become his most enduring co-creation and eventually expand into animation, live-action television, and manga adaptations. His work on Hellcop further demonstrated his range within science fiction and genre storytelling.
A defining characteristic of Haberlin's craft is his embrace of digital tools, which gave his pages a painterly, textured quality that set them apart from more traditional illustration approaches of the same era. Over his career he has accumulated credits as artist, colorist, inker, and writer across more than 360 issues, reflecting a versatility rare even among longtime industry professionals.
In more recent years Haberlin has continued creating new work, including the science fiction series Sonata, extending a career that has remained active well into the 2020s.
