# Prize Comics #16 Synopsis This issue contains at least two stories. The first features criminals including Scarponi planning to kidnap the Governor, with a man named Jack tied to a pillar in a warehouse; the crooks plot to rob the state of millions while a warehouse fire erupts, forcing them to flee. The second story, "Ted O'Neil," depicts a British pilot given a dangerous mission to fly a captured German plane over enemy territory to deliver secret Russian documents and avoid German fighter formations, with Ted and his navigator racing to complete the assignment as enemy aircraft close in.
