Microchip envoie Frank en Afrique dans le cadre d'une expédition de chasse aux dinosaures pour l'éloigner de la ville et de sa guerre contre le crime. Wolverine traque un réseau de braconnage à Madripoor et se dirige vers l'Afrique pour en rechercher la source. Lorsque des gorilles sont tués lors de l'expédition de Frank, le Punisher commence à enquêter. Wolverine et le Punisher se croisent dans la jungle africaine et, chacun supposant que l'autre est un braconnier, commencent à se battre.
