As the Punisher learns that the baby in Barracuda's arms is his daughter, Barracuda threatens little Sarah with a knife and Frank goes insane, bursting his bonds and tearing into Barracuda. He wakes up in a hospital badly beaten and tells the police and the doctors that they need to let him go as Barracuda will break in and kill everyone. Barracuda gets patched up himself and is insane with rage as the Punisher has beaten him yet again. Frank escapes the hospital with the help of a doctor and makes plans on how to defeat Barracuda while saving his daughter's life.
