Nova catches Mike Burley committing a crime, but Mike gets away. Later, Nova is attacked by superheroes who turn out to be S.H.I.E.L.D. Life Model Decoys, sent by Nick Fury to test Nova. Fury wants Nova to help him find Mike Burley, whose scientist brother is being held captive.
