Mr. Rich insists that Mr. Cheepers needs a vacation to get his mind off counting for a while. Cheepers takes up various hobbies including water skiing, mountain climbing and skydiving, but is instantly bored on every attempt and falls asleep. He eventually has found an interest in scuba diving - but for the purpose of counting all the fish 20 feet below, underwater.
